Application for the opportunity fund
Message from Miss Darell:
To date Mr Mao and myself have only received 7 responses [4 from Genesis, 3 from Exodus] with regards to the use of the opportunity fund for those who want tap on it.
If I DO NOT HEAR from you By latest MONDAY (15/10/07) ... I can only ASSUME that you do not need the assistance.
In case this was not clear, students with either [1.] gross household income less than $6000/ mth or [2.] household earnings of per capital income of $1,500 - can apply for the opportunity fund.
NOTE: However, Singapore PR are not entitled to this.
NOTE: Ning Zhen & Wang Fei - please prepare $900 for trip. Will check how payment can be made & let you know again.
In addition, those who are thinking of using Edusave to pay for the trip [$250], please check whether you have enough money in your account. You can either top it up & pay via Edusave or else pay via cash/ cheque. ... BUT most probably cheque.
NOTE: To check whether you have enough money in Edusave account, please call Edusave Phone Enquiry System at 6260-0777. Transaction code is 1 & Edusave account is your NRIC / BC no.
Mr Lincoln Mao will handle the payment matters. Please cooperate. I will most probably require payment in the next 2 weeks [beginning of 4th week of Oct.] So do make the necessary arrangements. Any questions, please ASK myself or Mr Lincoln.
